Prior to beginning service, one of our registered nurses will visit the person needing care to conduct a thorough assessment. This evaluation creates a Plan of Care specific to your loved one and his or her individual needs. We conduct a reevaluation of each plan regularly, and whenever circumstances change.

Companion/Homemaker
Many of our aging, as well as our disabled clients, benefit from our companion and homemaker services. In many cases, our clients are still capable of completing daily hygiene tasks. They simply require assistance in the extra duties around the house. These tasks may include things such as light housekeeping or meal planning and preparation. Assistance on local errands or doctor’s appointments is also available. Our caregivers provide companionship. Someone to play a game with, a walking partner or just someone to have a stimulating conversation with.

If you or your loved one is in need of medical assistance, our team of registered nurses is ready to assist you! From simple tasks like vital signs and assessments to more advanced lab draws and IV therapy. Our team is trained to provide high-quality medical care in the comfort of your own home. In many cases, at-home medical assistance provides our clients with the opportunity to relax and recover without the need for exhausting trips to the doctor’s office. Working with our skilled nursing team also provides our clients with the benefit of having trained eyes to catch the symptoms of an impending health issue before it becomes more serious.

These services are available 24/7, and for hourly services, we have a minimum of 3 hours.
